Vegan things worst business ever

I purchased from vegan things online shop and a week passed without my delivery "paid for 1-2days delivery" when I made an inquiry I was told by Robyn that they have courier problems and he even offered me a refund. I sent my banking details and it's been over a month without my goods or refund. This Robyn guy is now quiet and ignoring my emails, they are the worst operating business. It seems under new leadership they are failing to keep the business rolling but they fail to be honest with consumers, because I ordered before and had no trouble but under current leadership....no it's the worst and they ran with my money
