vegan street food *****

I ordered a product of the veganstreetfood website. What I received was different in every way - shape, colour, packaging. I contacted veganstreetfood on the day of delivery and provided photographic evidence of what I ordered vs what I received. I was told they haven't updated their website and that it wasn't a big deal. they refused to refund me (I don't want a credit) and was verbally assaulted. They told me I was a miserable human and other things too awful to say on a public platform.
