No Delivery as per Website - almost 2 weeks later

Placed an order on their sister website, www.veganprotein.co.za (vegan protein) for a few items and made payment. Website indicated delivery between 7-9 Feb 2024. Delivery never arrived. No response and when checking the account on the website, it said processing. Send numerous emails and even on Facebook but no response. Eventually sent whatsapp and the number is the same as Vegan Streetfood and they said sorry we were busy out of town. They promised to send the order by friday, 16 Feb 2024 and send the tracking details. No response on my whatsapp yesterday nor no tracking received. Very very bad service. It will be 2 weeks since I ordered on Monday, how long do they take to make food at the food truck if orders take this long?
