Vega School and rude online staff

i need to apply at Gibbs Business School & and i need my results to apply i asked this Lufuno (online chat navigator) for electronic results. and soon after she logged off from the chat, as i write this mail its been 30 minutes i am still online but no one is coming online which proves that her leaving is intentional, it because i mentioned Gibbs???? for a branding school you need to filter brand impact from the bottom up.
