Vega is ***********

The level of incompetence between Vega and Vega Online is absolutely appalling. I registered for Vega online and made a payment and was told I'd get a confimration letter shortly. Five days later and after multiple attempts to get in contact with them I finally do. Only to be told they have not gotten round to sending me my confirmation for my application. I then get put through to someone called Lethabo and on both occassions my call was ended abruptly only to be told by the third operator after calling a third tme that apparently it is usual and normal for this individual to not take calls, yet this is a Vega Online representative how can you not take calls yet students require your assistance. I am absolutely appalled and I wish anyone who thinks about to Vega goodluck cause they will make you jump through hoops and hurdles just to get a damn confirmation for an application.
