VEGA DOESN'T DELIVER ON PROMISES

I app**** for admission to the Brand and Marketing Management short course with Vega Dbn, dealing with Student Advisor Alfreda Nadar. I was sold on the course on the premise that you received both your certificate in the BMAM course and MASA (Marketing Assoc of SA) accreditation upon submission of the PoE. Half of the course fee (R11400) went to the MASA accred. I submitted my PoE in October 2014 and was advised by Alfreda that I would receive feedback timeously by Nov. Now, FIVE months later, after a dozen calls and emails to Alfreda and her manager Christopher, absolutely no word back. I feel cheated by Vega, as I put in hours and hard work to complete and submit my PoE in time, only to receive nothing back. Please return my money to me for the MASA accreditation - this whole situation lacks credibility and I have lost trust. I wonder if Vega even submits the PoE to MASA or just pockets the money?
