Service has been mostly good, but raising tickets has been an issue for me as there is a long delay for a response and the response is often not specifically helpful to the issue I've experienced, often telling me to log a different ticket somewhere else

Service has been mostly good, but raising tickets has been an issue for me as there is a long delay for a response and the response is often not specifically helpful to the issue I've experienced, often telling me to log a different ticket somewhere else. It would be helpful to have someone to talk to who can forward the issue where it needs to be raised or explain what the issue what the ticket was.
