No response regarding my refund.

<div>The registration went ok. The problem came when my company offered me a full bursery when I had already made several payments and Vega had to refund me for those payments since the company paid the full tuition. I'm getting taken from pillar to post and being asked for proof of payment even though most of them were debit orders. Now I'm not even being given updates or timelines. I have to beg for responses from V who is handling this refund process. I was given a number and told it's for the relevant department but that line never gets answered. I'm starting to think that this institution is only after profits.</div>
