No communication

My daughter started her Vega BCOM digital design course last year, the fees were R9285 per month, this year the fees jumped to R13185, I have sent number of mails asking for an explanation on the fee increase of 35%, no email received. Perhaps when you consider this school and you are paying, please note you are not consulted or warned with regards to the jump in fees. Last year my daughter hardly ever seemed to be at campus, when I asked her she said there was no point? She seemingly still seemed to get through the year, it’s been underwhelming experience. Where money is tight and people are struggling to make ends meet, maybe Vega can consider this, If the fees for second year jumped 35% can you imagine what year 3 will be!??
