Failed acquisition of Academic transcripts

Spent a whole day trying to get someone who could help me acquire my academic transcripts to no avail. Called the campus and spoke to two different receptionists and someone who supposedly could help me who eventually never resurfaced or got back to me. Found it excessively unproductive and unprofessional. All I needed was someone to say they could help me or they couldn't help me. Not have me chase a ghost the whole day.
