Dissapointed

I was frustrated with Vega's overall performance during the duration that my child studied there. They gave us an incorrect contract and amount to pay; sent us to the incorrect orientation date and their administration was not competent resulting in my child starting with the course several weeks late. We found their lecturers to be quite harsh and impolite. Emails that were sent to administration and campus leaders were ignored. The whole experience was extremely frustrating and caused a lot of anxiety. My child has previously studied and graduated with a BA degree at another well-known advertising college, and it wasn't anything like this which is deeply disappointing.
