Could Vega School be a fly-by-night college?

We have attended a short learning programme in Brand and Marketing Management for the academic year 2015. The course began in February and ended in June. The school has been nothing but very unprofessional throughout the course. Firstly the course was extended from 8 to 16 weeks without even consulting with us as students to check if we will be able to attend for that duration given that when we app**** we re**** on the 8 weeks duration provided by Vega, that only got communicated in the first class after some of us have already paid the tuition, if this was communicated in advance it would have helped make other choices, the lack of communication from the institution leaves a lot to be desired.We would come to class and only to be told an hour later that the lecturer could not make it to class.
