3rd Review because Vega refuses to respond or resolve anything

This is now the third time I’ve had to write a review on HelloPeter because, quite frankly, I don’t know if there’s any other way to get a response from anyone who works at Vega.

What’s worse is that every time I post, someone from Vega reaches out, but then absolutely nothing gets taken further. There’s no proper follow-up, no resolution, and I’m left chasing the same issue over and over again, with no accountability and no urgency from their side.

Despite being promised that the incorrect fee on my portal would be fixed, nothing has changed. I’ve attended meetings, sent emails, provided evidence, and followed every step they asked of me - yet I’m still sitting with an incorrect amount on my account and no one communicating with me.

The service is disgraceful. The internal communication is non-existent. The promises are empty. If my module had started already, I would have been left behind through no fault of my own.

It’s clear that unless you escalate things publicly, Vega doesn’t act, and even then, all they do is acknowledge your complaint without ever following through.
