Two very unusual defection of two of 5 Liters Vefa's Dishwasher resulted in Vefa Holdings re-imbursing me for unused tread (after appropriate analysis on their part).

Too Mr. Mogamed himself, I can only say \ I thank you sir, you are an asset to Vefa Detergents \". I forecast a fine career ahead for you.

Lastly, I must emphasise that I remain a loyal 'Vefa' customer (as I have been for the last 20 yrs) due solely to the actions of Mr. DAG and his team.
