Dismall after service after Solar installation.

Around March 2021, I installed a Solar powered System from Veetech Solutions. The pre-sales was good, the owner of the business Nash, came out to see me and gave me some good advice. He seemed trustworthy and I agreed for the installation, with 8 x Solar panels, 1 x Inverter and 2 x Lithium Ion batteries. The installation was done at the scheduled time and was demonstrated to me. I completed 100% payment on a trust basis. Nash informed me that in three weeks time, they would come back to site and provide a report back from the system and will provide me all my receipts, warranties and technical documentation of the system. I waited for three weeks and no-one arrived. I called and there was always some excuse why they not available. We eventually made a appointment, and I was not available, but no follow up with me thereafter. Six months later, I am still awaiting all the documents owed to me. Worst of all, my electricity consumption has gone up, and I have endless problems with the system, especially in load shedding. I unfortunately cannot recommend this company as their after services is dismal. Please also look out, as I also note a the company name keeps on changing. Initially, they where called Veetech, its seems they have changed to Power.
