Good day<br> <br> I would like to use this opportunity to lay a complaint against the coloured girl with the blonde hair working behind the counter. <br> <br> Firstly when I was there on monday morning wanting to rent a dvd she was at the back fetching a packet for a guy standing at the counter, as I waited to ask her if I can book a specific dvd as it was already rented out? the guy told me that he is just returning it to her as she borrowed it to him the day before because he's her nephew , so i'm wondering why should I pay to rent a dvd and not just borrow it? <br> Then today again I went to the store to return the dvd I saw that there's a fine ?on my account which I had to pay
