Refusing to refund me here I didn’t get the product

I bought the Product from this woman , but now the thing she shipped on the wrong address now she’s making it my fault and refusing to rectifying the mistake and she’s doesn’t deliver. I am so exhausted with this situation money is her side now she doesn’t care about me now.
