Opel Astra Caravan 1.8i CD

Good day. I bought a car from VEE Motors on the 26th of September 2015. Upon inspection of the vehicle I found that there was no spare wheel. I asked the guys there about it and they said it should be there somewhere. I negotiated a price with a man named Gael. He said that he could give me a refund but he has to run it by his boss first. I also explained that I live in Sabie and it is too far for me to return for the spare wheel. We spoke on Monday the 28th of September 2015 where he told me that the boss said they will give me a new spare wheel but they cannot courier it and I must make a plan for the collection thereof. I asked him to send it to our head offices in Olifantsfontein to which he agreed,unfortunately though I still do not have a spare wheel.<br> Something else that I saw was the fact that they advertise the car with a tow bar and cruise control, I still have to find those things on the car or I need to look closer because there are none.
