Vectron horrible customer service

Terrible experience, bought 6000usd in 2021 equipment that took a year to arrive, still needing for configuration and training that never came to a conclusion, in 2023 still nothing is working, the person in charge Mr. Jitesh just kept delaying and not replying to our emails. We requested a full refund and again no reply. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
