unprofessional service of Vector logistics, as I called East London Vector to find out about my order which was not delivered to me, but the way Hilary talked to me that was not the customer service, she was screaming on me and was not willing to help at all, she wanted to pass the call to someone else, but she is the responsible, I couldn't talk to her further and i told her I'll have to lay the complain about you and she actually encourage me to lay complain, well I called call centre and they advise me to speak to Johan at EL depo, what can i say about Johan nightmare he is giving me other stories instead of listening my complaint he is telling me that Vector dont deliver to our address, but i told him we have an account with Vector and they previously delivered, and he is telling me because of the phone problem she was screaming. well well done Vector Logistic by employing these people.
