my vehicle
I had a accident with the guy in January and he was in the wrong and now I don't have my car as their insurance company refuses to pay for the damages to my vehicle as they refuse to contact the eyewitness <br> who was at the accident scene must say wow really pathetic <br> in alberton so now im left with out my car as it is still damaged

The allegations of the complainant are untrue and it has been determined by the respective insurers that the sole cause of the accident was the negligent driving of the complainant. The allegations of an agreement that each party would pay for the cost of repairs to their own vehicle is also denied.There no record of an independent witness and the complainant has not provided any such evidence. We have written to the complainant advising them to desist from publicizing further false information as this is damaging to the image and reputation of Vector and is unjustified.
