Please help

We started a learneship with VEB Cele on the 3rd of February,we got our first stipend on the 25th of March.We then got our 2nd payment on the 23 of April.in the middle of all that there are students who have gone through this entire learship without a single payment.We were told we are doing a woodwork learneship yet sometime in the middle of May we were forced to sign a contract that said we are in the middle of of an Agriculture learneship that ends on the 30th of April,our stipends are supposed supposed to be paid by the 15th of every month.when we refused to sign them we have since had delays on our stipends.In as much as we are in a workshop half the students don't have safety gear and the few that did get the overalls never got boots,instead of working with wood and all its equipments we had 2 months of theory and are now being told that we have to attend a no pay month this June just to work through our practicals. How are we expected to go into a workshop without PPE and no pay?we are at the end of May which is our 4th months and we have only been paid twice? And in the beginning we where promised 6 months but later this month we are told it's only, a 3 month thing, no longer 6 months and we where handed a contract to sigh only now that the training is finished as they say. Plus every day from the third of Feb we have been signing a 5 day, register a day, meaning monthly we signed 100 days And every time payment is delayed, they blame the labour Department. We have been complaining with no help, can anyone help us please, we don't know where else to go
