don't trust a company VEAWQ CO LTD

I order the product with two parts and get just one after two month. unfortunately, I read a reviews after ordering the product. Furthermore, they said that the product was sent and deliver did not delivered. So? this is a customer problem? by the way I send all pictures and tracking detailers to them but no positive feedbacks at all. I hope that has covered similar confusions because of i paid money via PayPal but no...
