Worst customer care

I bought my flat iron from veaudry last year and by accident the cable broke, so now I want to send it to be repaired at my own cost but this company just refuses to take calls and respond to emails. I’ve sent multiple emails to them just no answer. This company has the worst customer after care ever. Quick to take money when you purchase but can’t even respond once.
