Worst Company Ever

Firstly this product sucks!..I owned this flat iron for a measly 2 years and it has got me sweet nothing. Yesterday morning my flat iron started smoking black smoke and short circuited. I called the head office and spoke to a sales rep. This sales rep was so unhelpful and unfriendly, I requested to speak to her manager who promised me a call back. Finally after calling back, more than four times, she informed me that her manager Bertaries will call me back. The lady I spoke to Bertaries was so rude to even after I said that the 25% offer is insufficient compensation for the inconvenience of the whole situation. I requested a 75% percent discount for all the trouble I have been through. She flat out told me that my situation meant nothing and that I needed to just buy a new one. This company clearly does not stand behind their brand. This is the worse experience with customer service I ever received.
