Repeated issues, terrible customer service

Terrible service from start to finish. The first iron arrived damaged, and the second one had a noticeable gap between the plates, making it unusable. When they sent a third replacement, it was the wrong model entirely. Their customer service was appalling, expecting me to courier the faulty iron back to them at my own cost. After more than a month of back-and-forth, I still don’t have an iron. The entire experience has been a complete waste of time and money. Regret it, stick to GHD - better iron and way better customer service
