Poor quality and service from Veaudry

Extremely disappointed in the product. I purchased the hair iron and just over 1 year later. It no longer works. I was told that it is over the 1 year warranty and therefore they cannot assist with a replacement or a repair the iron. What type of quality are you selling if it breaks exactly after 1 year. You are lying to consumers when you say your products are of the best quality cause clearly it is not of it breaks after 1 year. I took the iron to a repair store and was told that the board need to be replaced. Like really the most important part of the iron. It’s not even a minor issue that needs to be fixed. It then cost me a further R800 to repair the item. Veaudry is definitely the worst quality goods I have ever purchased. I used cloud 9 for over 10 years and had no issues. I regret ever purchasing Veaudry and will inform all of my friends and family to never purchase your products ever!
