Poor Customer Service from Veaudry Global

Hi

I purchased a veaudry hair iron on the 1st of October 2023 and have tried every method to register it as per the infomation leaflet (sms, online, on instagram etc) and upto today, and after submitting the necessary information required, I have not yet received a confirmation of the registration. There is no number that I can call. The iron comes with a warranty but only if it is registered. This company has been making me run in circles. I've never had any issues with registering any other products. This company needs to improve its customer service. If my hair iron breaks today il have no warranty because I can't prove my hair iron has been registered.
