Disappointed

I bought a hair iron from veaudry in 2018 and I broke it by accident, so obviously I want to send it to be repaired at my own cost but this company just refuses to take calls and respond to emails. Quick to take money when you purchase but can’t even respond once, not like I want you to do it for free…
