Poor workmanship

I have had my vehicle assigned by my insurer to designate a repair last year, during which , they had taken more than 3 months to repair and received my vehicle just after new year this year,

My insurer and i are still resolving issues to date and i might lose my vehicle due to poor workmanship from VDS.

I have also had a very poor customer experience from them
