Very disappointed with the service i got. My vehicle was \forcefully"collected from VDS Auto body without being fully repaired. Took them two weeks to discover everything that needed to be fixed. MiWay never followed up on the progress of my claim. Had a miner accident and vehicle was stored for a week without an assessor. """

Please accept our apologies for the laps in our service delivery to you.
We received the authorisation to collect and repair your vehicle on the 12th August. The parts were ordered on the same day. The repairs on your vehicle was completed on the 20th August, after which the vehicle was sent for the wheel alignment where it was discovered that the suspension was damaged. We requested authorisation for the repairs of the suspension which we received on the 21st August. As per the discussion during the conference call with yourselves, MiWay and VDS Autobody, it was advised that the vehicle is not save to drive with whilst it still has the suspension damage. The vehicle was release to yourself - as per your request, with the suspension repairs which still needs to be done. The parts for the suspension damage was ordered on the 21st August. As per your last conversation with JP the vehicle needs to come back for the suspension repairs.
