INCCORECT INFORMATION

I took my car for repair on the 16/04/2015, on the 20th of april got call from VDS telling me that they must get boot floor because its very bad called them towrds end of april they told me that boot floor will be delivered on the 04th of may and my car will be ready in two weeks from the 04th of may from there no one called me to update me with the progress of my car called them today 12/05/2015 find out abot progress of my car they told me it will take 2 weeks again before can get my car and am the only one phoning them to find out about my car since took it for reapir they only called me once, on the quotation they say repair takes uo to 7 to 10 working days depending on the spares but dont thnking it can take more than a month friday it will be a month since took my car fro repair, they were supposed to tell me from the begin that must expect my car with within a month or two very dispointed with the service am getting from VDS
