Hi<br> <br> I had a 3rd party claim through Santam (Neil Bonhomme). Such a nightmare dealing with Neil Bonhomme who cut so much out of the quote that my Hilux would never have been repaired properly, this after they try get you to sign off the release form, acquitting them of any further claims.<br> A big thanks to Robert who assisted in getting the more quotes sorted for me after having to take my Hilux back 2 more times for dis-assembly and photos. This Neil Bonhomme really wasted our time, if only he knew how to do his job better instead of speculating.<br> <br> Joe then assisted me in booking my Hilux in for the repairs, he was very professional and forthcoming. Joe called me with updates throughout the process, which was such a pleasure. Then just to top it off VDS finished the job 2 days before the promised time. My Hilux looks brand new again, great job, keep it up.
