Exceptional Service

VDS autobody was appointed by my insurance company to repair my accident damaged vehicle. Initially their was a delay in spares from the manufacturer but Madelein updated me on a regular basis with the expected arrival of the spares. When I had to take the vehicle in for the repairs, was I unable to drive due to knee surgery. Madelein offered and had the vehicle collected from my house to start with the repairs, Oom Piet personally phoned me when each milestone point was completed and the new once started to keep me up to date with the repair status. My vehicle was repair with in the promised time frame and the quality of work perform is through the roof. My vehicle looks identical to the day it left the showroom floor.
