WARNING: Avoid VDO Tombstone in Ngcobo!

I'm sharing this story as a warning to others. Recently, my family and I experienced a devastating loss when our father passed away. We entrusted VDO Tombstone in Ngcobo to create and install his tombstone. Less than a month after the burial, we received the shocking news that the tombstone had fallen. When I visited the grave, I was distressed to find that the tombstone wasn't just fallen, but broken. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that the glue used might not have been fully dried, which could have contributed to the incident. It's clear that the tombstone was erected on the day of the funeral, unlike the usual practice of installing it a day before to allow the glue to dry. I reported the incident to the office in Ngcobo, and while the admin lady was sympathetic and provided the owner's contact details, the owner's response was appalling. He claimed it was our fault, and when I asked for a written explanation, he refused. Losing a loved one is already difficult, but dealing with such unprofessionalism has added to our grief.
