No Response, No Refund - Very Disappointed.

Very Disappointed – Please Be Cautious

I booked and paid for a family photoshoot with VDM Photo & Film, but unfortunately had to leave town unexpectedly due to a family emergency. I called them a few days before the scheduled shoot and asked to reschedule—they assured me this was no problem.

However, when I returned and tried to rebook, they completely ignored my messages. I followed up multiple times, including through Facebook Messenger (where I could see the messages were read), but received no reply. I even tried commenting on their posts to get a response, only to have my comments deleted.

It’s incredibly disappointing and frustrating to be treated this way—especially after paying in full. I’m writing this review as a warning to others: be very careful before booking with them. If something goes wrong, there’s a good chance they won’t bother helping you.
