VDM Kitchen Craft

<p>I accepted a quote for a new kitchen to be fitted in high gloss to the value of R72,440 on 3 July 2015. Installation that was supposed to take 1 week commenced on 27 Jul 2015 and the kitchen was functional only about 4 weeks later.</p> <p>Apart from all the other hassles I had with them, there are still issues that are unresolved of which the major issue is that several of the high gloss red panels are scratched and bulkhead is now sagging causing 2 of the doors not to open.</p> <p>After a number of requests I eventually managed to get the Ops Manager, Brett, to do an inspection on 14 November 2015. He undertook to have the total snagg list sorted out iin 2 weeks time. I reminded him on 14 Jan 2016 upon which his reply on 18 January 2016 was that the supplier would provide in 10 to 12 weeks time, which took us to early April 2016.</p> <p>I've been calling both the owner; Jonathan vd Mescht and the Ops Manager, Brett since May 16 and they are now simply ignoring my calls.</p> <p>I still owe them the last 10% of the total cost which I'm not paying until they sort out the mess.</p>
