Do not TRUST this business.

Completely unreliable and *************. Made an appointment three times with this business. Each time I made the effort to go and see them to discuss my needs. After first appointment I emailed them. Heard nothing. Went to go and see them. They could not provide a reason as to why they did not respond to my inquiry. I place an order with them. Was informed it will be ready a week later. I waited until two days afterwards to give them sufficient time to respond. When I arrived was informed that nothing was done. No effort was made to advise me if their failure to perform. When I tried to express my dissatisfaction I was met with aggression and an excuse that "My dog died". No effort whatsover made to try to address my needs which I agreed a price and details with them, not to even mention the complete waste of my time for more than 3 weeks.
