Using temp drivers who cant drive and not taking responsibility for actions

Law firm has not contacted me or provided information to me after their company driver with a temporary licence obtained a week before he changed lanes onto my vehicle in July 2018 **** about what happened in accident, falsified police report or had conflicting statements. Accident was reported in Pta when it occurred in Industria Jhb after work hours 5pm police case number was provided for insurance claims purposes by receptionist. When I emailed to get info on follow up nothing was provided and their insurer Outsurance was given my details and proceeded to hound me personally and not my insurer and blamed me for the accident outright when accident damage to their car was at the front with bumper falling off and rear right damage to my vehicle which clearly showed what happened and more investigation was not done. This legal firm does not care about anyone and did not take anything further as they didn't want to lose their no claims bonus. Outsurance is also pathetic only taking your money and misrepresenting themselves in the media
