I WANT MY MONEY BAC****!!!

<p>So on the 14th of September 2016 I was given your number by someone who was renting a house from you and I too was needing a house to rent. I called you from the 16th and after giving me the run around we finally got to view the house.<br /> We fell in love with it immediately.</p> <p>Seeing as though a couple of things weren't put in yet (cupboards in bedrooms and kitchen, stove, sink and tiles) we didn't move in immediately. You instead insisted we pay you a deposit to secure the place because a lot of people were interested in it. On the 27th of September a deposit was transferred into your Standard Bank business account. We then patiently waited for you to finish with the renovations so we could move in- even though you kept insisting we move in regardless.<br /> A month has gone by and all we've heard are tall tales of how the person you paid a deposit to install cupboards is M.I.A this story is sometimes that he is still busy with other projects.</p> <p>Fast forward to the issue at hand...</p> <p>We decided to rather look for another place as you weren't the honest person we thought you were. We then requested that you return our deposit so we can pay for the new place we have now found and to our surprise (well not really) you haven't returned the money, calls, emails or the WhatsApp messages.<br /> To prove you're ignoring my calls- when I send people to call you, you answer their calls and tell them you're going to refund me but when I call you don't answer at all. When I called on the 25th of October you said you'd do a transfer in an hour; has your hour not ended?</p> <p>Now my question is simple: what must we do in order for you to return that money to us? What must we do?</p> <p>We have found another place- with all the bells and whistles but we are now unable to deposit the place because you are giving us the run around on something that belongs to us. Are we now expected to sleep on the streets because you are refusing to give us what belongs to us?</p> <p>What do you suggest happens now?</p> <p>Please do tell me....</p>
