Once bitten twice shy!!
WARNING — V CUSTOMS, CENTURION After trusting V Customs to fit highway pegs & a backrest to my Harley Tri Glide, I seriously regret the decision. Although the mechanic was extremely helpful he was repeatedly placed under pressure from the owner to finish the job & this resulted in him over tightening the new high-way & causing irreparable damage. The owner very convieniantly blamed it on bad quality products & although they broke the pegs he still charged full Labour costs. I paid it with the understanding that they would install the part once I receive the replacement part at no cost, as the Labour to install the pegs had already been paid he charged 90 min Labour cost. I called the owner two weeks later when the new part became available to arrange for fitment. He immediately became nasty & refused to replace the damaged part informing me that labor cost will once again be charged, When I tried to reason with him he became defensive & told me to get lost as he was no longer interested in doing the job. This is quite honestly the worst service I have every received from any motorcycle workshop. I therefore find it my duty to warn, any potential customers to rather take your motorcycle to either a Harley dealer or any other ethical business & stay clear of V Customs Cycles in Centurion, that is if you don't want to have the same experience I had the misfortune of experiencing, I for one will not be going back.
