VCPay Pathetic Service

To do business with VCPay is like having an incurable decease…You know you are fighting a loosing battle. On their website they advertise local AND INTERNATIONAL payments. After opening and downloading the app AND depositing money into VCPay Standard Bank account and immediately taking a fee without you even doing any purchase from the so called comfortable service. After trying to do an international payment and keep getting errors from there website and App I phoned them only to find out that they DO NOT DO International payment but only local. So the next best thing is to do was a refund. After numerous emails and phone calls and forwarding bank statements I was told 7 working day. Now 3 weeks later still no refund. If you phone or email them this is the only response you get “ My apologies for the experience. I have sent a follow up email to our administrators, regarding your refunds. My apologies again for the inconvenience.” Then they just stop taking your calls or reply to your emails. I have heard and had bad service from different companies but his place takes it to a total new level. I would NEVER suggest this company to anybody because it’s like throwing money in the water.
