Personal attack by Sales Person

Sales person attacks my character and upbringing and threatens legal action. If it was possible to give a negative rating I'd be giving it. Sales person Melissa gave bad service in response to my enquiry about a vehicle. When I asked her to please stop wasting my time and send proper details I received an abusive phone call. Amongst other things, I was told that I was 'entitled'. She was extremely aggresive and didn't allow me to talk. I advised her that I woud be posting reviews about her attititude and requested details of the dealer principal, which she refused to provide. She followed her abusive phone call with a threat of legal action anf reference to how I was brought up. Apparently the phone calls are recorded and I'd love that recording to be published. It would serve as an excellent example of how NOT to treat a potential client. She badly needs training in business etiquette. If that's how the company trains its staff, it won't be arounf very long.
