Not good service

I needed a rim for my GWM Steed 5 Doublecab spare wheel and the owner sent me a picture of an exact match. He told me to meet him at his shop at 11am the next day. I reconfirmed the next morning, but getting there the owner was not there.

After phoning him, he told me that the rim was with his brother and thet he is not willing to release the rim without payment into his account???

None the less after a frustrating discussion and an hour later, he brought the rim, I paid and left as it was in good condition.

Better work on your client relationship as well as time management
