DO NOT Trust this "Company" AT ALL!!!!

<p>We found Vernon company details through Gumtree and asked for quotes, the quotes was great and the "Service" on the ball. We asked for references and was given two numbers, the one client said how happy he was and we went ahead and paid the deposit. </p> <p> </p> <p>After paying the deposit i emailed a confirmation to the owner with images of the what we looking for, the colour and a clear description of how the aluminium door had to be. </p> <p> </p> <p>On installation day, the wrong door came, didnt open the way it was meant too and no windows in the side panel. At first i contacted Vernon and was told he is so embarresed he doesnt know where to stick his head in. (This after the no windows in panel) then when i phoned regarding the door that was also wrong all sorts of stories came that he never received my confirmation email and that i am at wrong etc. He then got his "assistant" to phone the guys doing the installation and this guy told the installation guys to take the doors and leave them on my front lawn and not even install it. </p> <p>The company who did the installation then refused to do what VC Maintenance instructed them to do. Vernon refused to answer calls and "Pretended" to try and sort it out. Not one call back to try and resolve the issue or even assist. I was told i got a discount and now i am unhappy, although that was not what i ordered, regardless of a discount or not. </p> <p> </p> <p>We had to pay the company who was meant to do the installation more to have the problem fixed and installed and left us with a hole in our house for a whole day while Vernon has no interest in asssisting clients. </p> <p> </p> <p>They do nothing themselves and do quotes as if it is their company but uses external contractors that has complained about how this works as well, if there is a mis communication between the parties it becomes the client's problem. </p> <p> </p> <p>I will highly advise anyone to stay as far away from this company as possible. Please note i have all communications/voicenotes/emails etc as proof and not posting this for any other reason than to warn people that this company does not care about their clients and what happens to them, once they receive their payment they are done. To date not one call/email or any communication. Last was the call to the installation company to drop the window and door on my lawn and leave. </p> <p> </p> <p>They are apparently in Melkbos Strand and works all over the Western Cape. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY</p>
