Extremely Disappointing Experience with VBK Motors Alberton

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with VBK Motors Alberton and feel that potential customers should be aware of how this matter has been handled.

My complaint relates to a vehicle sale, a refund agreement, and the communication I received throughout the process.

VBK Motors signed an agreement regarding a refund, yet the refund has still been withheld/not honored as agreed. Despite there being a written agreement, I have had to continue fighting to get the matter resolved.

I am also deeply concerned about information that was given to us regarding the sale of the vehicle. In my experience, information provided during the process was inconsistent and, in certain instances, I believe it was false or misleading. This has caused significant frustration and has seriously damaged my trust in the dealership.

Most concerning of all, I was threatened and intimidated during my dealings with VBK Motors Alberton. No customer should feel threatened when trying to resolve a legitimate dispute, especially when asking a business to honor an agreement that was put in writing and signed.

I have tried to resolve this matter, but I am extremely unhappy with the way it has been handled.

I am requesting that VBK Motors Alberton:

Honour the signed refund agreement without further delay. Provide truthful and transparent information regarding the vehicle transaction. Stop any threatening or intimidating communication. Resolve this matter professionally and in writing.

I have documentation relating to the transaction and the signed refund agreement and am prepared to provide the relevant evidence where required.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise potential customers to ensure that every agreement, representation and promise is obtained in writing and to keep copies of all communication when dealing with VBK Motors Alberton.

I expect VBK Motors Alberton to honor the agreement they signed and resolve this matter immediately.
