I've been trying to get my account verified, don't know how many times I've been sending emails as from last week, this morning I received an email stating that I should send my bank statement and I mailed it this person replies back and say he wants a bank statement not a transaction history report, I ask asked myself who interviewed this person what is a bank statement bank statement is the list of transactions that you have made, was so upset went to my portal and requested for assistance and within 5 mins Samuel was able to assist me after a whole week of not being assisted, thank you Samuel you are the best.
