Waiting more than 72hours for deposit

Deposit failure. Ive made a deposit on 17th July the matter was escalated on 19th July. I did multiple calls yesterday to the support team all they say is the matter is by the finance department and "alot of clients are waiting for there deposits" Very dissapointed in vault markets in this regard.
