Vault Markets withholding my deposit for 3 weeks without reason.

I have been asking vault markets for my deposit which was made on the 4th of January 2022. They have been saying that they are waiting for feedback and now it's the 25th no one has gotten back to me. Proof of payment and Bank statement has been sent multiple times but they not reflecting the deposit.
