Vault Markets - "Kindly note that you may refer to other platforms"

Its all good and well to have great customer service(no point if the service desk is all smiling saying "Kindly note that you may refer to other platforms"), but has the core of the business being CHART DATA, this is what i was told when i asked about the historical data.

"Kindly note that you are unable to view prior information as the chart data available to you is all the data from the time the account type was created."

My response: "I don’t accept that."

"Kindly note that you may refer to other platforms to review past data, as the account type in question does not depict data which it has not recorded. You may also refer to our alternative account types to see past data as the accounts recommended have past data. "

My response: "I don’t see why I must use other platforms, you guys claim so many awards but we can’t do something as simple as view historical data which is ridiculous I feel."

"Please note that we apologize for the inconvenience."

Well all those awards but they will tell you to use other brokers.... I guess if your money is stuck with them, they might tell you to use another broker too lol. Also if you taught that Vault Markets was the place to do all your trading, think again because the punch line you will get is "Kindly note that you may refer to other platforms"
